The wheel washer machine MIX offers great performances in a small place. Thanks to its small size, it can be placed anywhere in the workshop; at the same time its versatility allows you to get, by a single machine, the most complete and careful cleaning service for any kind of tyre. Less bulk, more space for a quality service.

How does it work?

It keep a cleaner environment, by ensuring a perfect cleaning of the tyre. Strong with the dirt, careful and gentle with the environment: in order to combine these two results, MIX puts together the action of a detergent (with low environmental impact) and the action of a medium-pressure water jet with a range of brushes to complete the cleaning of the hardest parts, in order to get a triple cleaning effect. The use of cold water forms an additional savings. Three phases of work: a pre-wash that removes the hard dirt from the wheel, to which follows the emollient action of a liquid detergent which looses the dirt structure , to end with the deep clearing through rotating nozzles operated by a medium- pressure pump and a sequence of brushes alternated in length.

Technical specifications

Washing chamber entirely in stainless steel, with dimensions from 450 to 850 mm , which allow the intervention on all type of wheel/tyre (cars– SUV – Cross over). Washing system wich combines the employment of medium.-pressure cold water with detergent and brushes. MIX offers the choice between two different programs (60-110 sec) regulated by an inverter which handles all the cleaning steps, ensuring a low consumption of water (7 litres per minute) and electricity (3,5 KW).
